Down-to-Earth in Downtown Aspen

When our clients hired us to help them renovate their new Aspen home, they weren't looking for typical mountain decor. With homes in LA and New York, and a passion for travel and time in nature, they wanted a getaway that was stylish and cosmopolitan, yet family-friendly and down-to-earth.

Built in 1999, the home had an eclectic theme, with dark woods and yellow plaster walls. We refinished the floors, lightened the walls and millwork, re-configured the kitchen, updated the fireplace, and replaced the lighting and furnishings throughout.

The result is a uniquely warm and earthy mountain haven, just steps from galleries, shops, trails and slopes, an artful place where family and friends can gather in a relaxed and comfortable way.
